This Privacy Policy describes how A.T.S. Project (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles user information in “NovelReader” and other applications provided by us (collectively, the “Apps”).

1. Information Collection and Use Our Apps utilize specific permissions solely to provide their core functionality.

  • Storage Access Permissions (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

    • Purpose: To allow you to browse, organize, and read text files or e-books stored locally on your device. It is also used to save your reading progress (bookmarks) locally.

    • Data Handling: Access to your files is strictly limited to displaying content within the App. We do not collect, transmit, or share your file data with any external servers or third parties. All data processing is performed locally on your device.

2. Personal Information We do not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, address, phone number, or email address). We do not access your location data or contacts.

3. Third-Party Disclosure We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties.

4. Disclaimer We are not responsible for any damages (including data loss or device malfunction) arising from the use of our Apps. Please ensure you back up your important data at your own discretion.

5. Changes to This Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

本プライバシーポリシーは、A.T.S. Project（以下「当方」）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「NovelReader」および今後提供するその他のアプリケーション（以下、総称して「本アプリ」）における、ユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 収集する情報とその利用目的 本アプリは、サービスの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の権限および情報を利用します。

  • ストレージへのアクセス権限 (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

    • 利用目的: ユーザーがデバイス内に保存したテキストファイルや電子書籍データを、アプリ内で表示・閲覧するため。また、読書の進捗（しおり）情報をデバイス内に保存するために使用します。

    • データの取り扱い: これらのデータはアプリ内での機能提供（表示および管理）のためにのみ使用されます。当方がこれらのファイルの中身を収集したり、外部のサーバーへ送信したりすることは一切ありません。 すべての処理はデバイス内で完結します。

2. 個人情報の収集について 本アプリは、ユーザーの氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。 また、位置情報や連絡先データへのアクセスも行いません。

3. 第三者への提供 本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを第三者に提供、開示、共有することはありません。 ただし、法令に基づく要請があった場合を除きます。

4. 免責事項 本アプリの使用によって生じた、いかなる損害（データの消失、デバイスの不具合など）についても、当方は一切の責任を負いかねます。重要なデータは、ユーザーご自身の責任においてバックアップを行ってください。

5. プライバシーポリシーの変更 当方は、法令の改正やアプリの機能変更に伴い、本ポリシーを予告なく改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サイトまたはアプリ内にて通知いたします。
